Dami Hope, a star from Love Island, was spotted getting cozy with another islander just days after he publicly addressed the heartbreak of being cheated on by his former girlfriend, Indiyah.
At the birthday celebration of rapper Krept, Dami, who is 29 years old, mingled with several notable guests, including one particular individual with whom he appeared to share a close connection.
A photo shared on Snapchat captured a moment where Dami posed in front of a stylish sign that proclaimed ‘Krept’s Birthday’ in elegant gold lettering. In this cheerful snapshot, he flashed a peace sign with one hand while wrapping his other arm around fellow islander Tanya Manhenga’s waist, both dressed in matching white outfits. Tanya joined in on the fun, also striking a playful pose for the camera, clearly enjoying the festive atmosphere.
This joyful scene comes right after Dami broke his silence regarding the emotional turmoil he endured following his breakup with Indiyah Polack. Just last month, the couple made headlines when it was revealed that Indiyah, 27, was caught kissing Marlon Lungren Garcia while still involved with Dami. The footage of this indiscretion quickly went viral, showcasing a moment that was anything but subtle.
In a recent live stream conversation with fellow Love Island alum Tyrique Hyde, Dami was asked whether he would confront Marlon. He responded candidly, saying, "Yes, if I was getting paid to do it. If I were being compensated, I'd certainly throw a few punches!" However, he added humorously, "But I don't engage with young folks like that."
Dami further disclosed that he had no knowledge of Marlon's existence until the cheating scandal erupted. Marlon, a handsome social media personality, reportedly met Indiyah while filming for the Netflix reality series 'Inside' last fall. The infamous video of their kiss was taken at the trendy London venue Duck and Waffle on December 3rd.
In the wake of the incident, Indiyah issued an apology, taking full responsibility for her actions and acknowledging the pain she caused. She stated, "I am aware of the video that has been shared online. I made a mistake and I take full accountability for my actions. I understand the hurt this has caused. I won’t be commenting further on this matter."
Their breakup was announced on New Year’s Day, concluding a relationship that began in 2022 during the eighth season of Love Island, where they initially emerged as one of the most solid couples. After the show ended, Dami and Indiyah continued their romance, moving in together upon returning to the UK.
